What is the "MagSafe" phone case version?
MagSafe is a built-in magnetic ring inside of the case that allows attaching many accessories such as wireless chargers, car phone holders and many other accessories. It also ensures that the attached accessories are perfectly aligned and provides a secure and reliable connection, preventing the charger or accessory from slipping out of place.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the fact that we are processing orders as fast as possible, we won't be able to accept cancelations once the order has gone through due to various factors. You will be able to return the product back for a refund.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The time it takes to receive your order depends on your country of residence and the shipping you choose at checkout. Due to our current high demand, some orders may take over 2 weeks to arrive.

Our carbon fiber cases are designed to provide minimal impact on signal strength. However, carbon fiber, by its nature, can interfere with signal transmission to some degree. The extent of this interference can vary depending on the device model, network conditions, and location. Most customers experience little to no impact on signal quality.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing, and/or defective products. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
